Fire Risk Assessment Module
You are required by law to carry out a Fire Risk Assessment of your workplace, taking into consideration all employees and other people who may be affected by a fire in your workplace, and making adequate provision for disabled people with special needs. If you employ more than five people in your workplace then you are also required to record the findings of these Risk Assessments.
AssessNET allows you to split your workplace into zones that can be assessed quickly and efficiently. Generic questions allow you to answer in a yes / no format and AssessNET then identifies the required remedial actions that need to be taken.
Whilst the zone allocation takes care of the location-specific issues, AssessNET also allows you to address General Fire Safety Issues such as ”training and education” and “policies and procedures” which apply across all the zones.
Actions arising from assessment of these issues can be assigned to other users in your organisation through the Task Manager system. Assessments can then be shared across your organisation from one central location, allowing you to see at a glance which areas have been assessed and which areas are most at risk.
